Windows OS 8 has recently released an update to 8.1. This update is causing issues with ServiceLedger 2013 specific to the ability to export and email reports using our current report viewer. ServiceLedger ia aware of the issue and has a short-term solution for ServiceLedger 2013 as we work toward a longer solution with ServiceLedger 2014.
Any customer with an active maintenance plan and currently on ServiceLedger 2013 can contact ServiceLedger Support for a solution that will restore this functionality.
Only ServiceLedger 2013 or higher was guaranteed to work with Windows 8 OS. Any prior version of ServiceLedger does not have Windows 8 support and was not guaranteed to work with Windows 8. If you have a prior version of ServiceLedger 2013, please contact ServiceLedger Sales for options on upgrading to ServiceLedger 2013 or higher.
