Please review our system requirements page to check that your version of ServiceLedger is designed to work on the computer you are using. Some newer versions of SL will not run on old machinces, and vice versa.

If you are using a supported operating system and ServiceLedger version, you may need to run an update via database to get the correct version for your database. Please see (T0002) How do I update ServiceLedger? for directions on updating via database using the updater.
