1. Right click the link for your Automation Server and select Properties

2. In the Target field replace 8080 with another port. (We use 9080 as a second choice by default.)

3. Locate and open the directory for your Tech and/or Customer Portal.

4. Open the Web.Config file.

5. Replace the HostPort value with the value used above.

6. Save and close.
