This error occurs when opening SalesDesk. This is appears when ServiceLedger has been linked to a new database or an old database has been restored.

To fix this error:

1) Open the SalesDesk Updater.

2) Ensure that you have the proper code in the Update Codes field.

3) Update via Internet.
