If for some reason (such as no email set up on a machine), you must send a log file manually, please follow these steps:

  • Go to Start->Run
  • Copy and paste the file from above into the text box. Click run or ok
  • Save as (File->Save As) the file somewhere you can reach from your machine that has email and the machine that does not, maybe a public share (see your network administrator), or a floppy disk
  • Go to a machine that has email, attach the file to an email addressed to support@serviceledger.com
