This error occurs if the user logged into QuickBooks does not have sufficient permissions necessary for the ServiceLedger QB Link to operate.  The user must have their permissions reset or have another user with permissions to access G/L Accounts in QB perform the link.  If the problem continues, log into QuickBooks in single-user mode as Administrator prior to running the ServiceLedger QB Link.
