The short answer to this question is no.  Typically, if you try to uninstall and reinstall ServiceLedger to correct any error you will only manifest a problem and will not necessarily resolve any outstanding issues you are having.  The ServiceLedger Updater is what our support team will use to resolve any database issues you are having and rarely, if ever, does ServiceLedger request that you uninstall the software and reinstall it.  Therefore, before uninstalling the software, it is best to email suppot@serviceledger.com and let them know the database issue you are having and let them give you update instructions that will resolve the issue without having to uninstall and reinstall the software.
