This error appears when you do not use the built-in ServiceLedger database engine, using your own version of SQL server, and you use NT authentication to log into the ServiceLedger database.
To resolve this, your network administrator needs to add the affected NT user account as a SQL server login and grant dbo privileges to that account to the ServiceLedger database. Public permissions are usually granted on the master database as well.
ServiceLedger supports sql authentication, and you can configure it with the sldbconf program:
ServiceLedger does not have enough information regarding your domain to assist you in configuring your own SQL Server or NT Domain. This must be done by a network administrator with knowledge of your network.
