This occurs when attempting to download or view a PDF file.  Verify your user name and password in settings.aspx or web.config, and that ReportDirectory points to an existing directory.  Also if running ServiceLedger as a service, verify the user name and password in the command line located at: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\ServiceLedger Automation\Parameters

If you are not able to print a work order from ServiceLedger directly on the server, there may be other issues at hand.  Most commonly these should take care of those issues:
