You may wish to enter a customer's account number in an email template for a work order.  The following line is specifically for that purpose alone.

Place this line in your template:
:sqlselect(select client.client_number from client,ticket where client.client_id = ticket.client_id and ticket_id = <%=ticket.ticket_id%>)

The line will be replaced with the account # in the outbound email.  Copy the line with the colon : and the ending )
