If you have renamed your ADMIN user, it may not be immediately obvious which user is the administrator. The administrative user has special priviliges and is guaranteed access to all windows.

In ServiceLedger 2008 and later, you can find out which user is the administrator by opening each user and looking for a message in the top right of the window that states "This is the Administrator."
