Please ensure your network administrator grants you write access to:

  • C:\Program Files\ServiceLedger\ServiceLedger

By default, domain users do not have write access to this directory and as part of installation must be explicitly granted this permission. Domain administrators usually do, so this error tends to show up when a new user begins using ServiceLedger or when a recent increase in network security has be performed by your domain and/or network administrator.
