(T0077) The QuickBooks link says there are duplicate account records, but in the list view I see only one.

This is usually caused by having a record that has been filtered out (deleted, inactive, etc...) in your list view.  To see all records:

  • Open account list view.
  • Click "Status Filter" along the top toolbar.
  • Select all, then close.  This will allow you to see all the account records that have been created.
  • Merge the duplicate records, creating one record for this account. Use the following link for instructions on how to merge records:

The QuickBooks link uses the account name (customer name in QB) to match SL Accounts to QB Customers.  If it finds the same name (case-insensitive) used twice, you will receive this error and it will skip the noted account.
