Microsoft has confirmed that Outlook & Exchange do not co-exist well on the same machine.

ServiceLedger has a work around that works for the ServiceLedger application.

  1. Scan your system for mapi32.dll
  2. Find a version of 1.0.2.x of the DLL (avoid the 6.x version)
  3. Copy this file to C:\Program Files\ServiceLedger\ServiceLedger
  4. Re-start ServiceLedger.
